The main goal for the project is to support Synclusiv Inc. in the grant application process for business grants to aid in their expansion to the USA. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Researching and identifying potential business grants available for organizations expanding to the USA.

- Assisting in the preparation of grant application materials, including writing proposals and compiling necessary documentation.

- Collaborating with the Synclusiv Inc. team to ensure all grant application requirements are met.

- Providing support in the review and submission process for the grant applications.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive list of potential business grants available for organizations expanding to the USA, including eligibility criteria and application deadlines.

- Drafted grant application materials, including proposals and necessary documentation.

- A documented collaboration process with the Synclusiv Inc. team to ensure all grant application requirements are met.

- Evidence of support provided in the review and submission process for the grant applications.

Final deliverables:

- A final report summarizing the research findings and the grant application support provided.

- Completed grant application materials ready for submission.

- A presentation outlining the grant application process and the identified potential business grants.

The team will support and supervise the intern in research, and drafting the grant requests. The intern will be integrated to the team meetings so they can gain understanding of how a consulting firm works and they will be brought into team meetings and have continuous access to coaching.
