The main goal for the project is to research and identify potential grants, as well as to write and submit winning grant proposals for Pay What You Can Peer Support - PWYCPS. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Researching available grants and funding opportunities for non-profit organizations.


- Analyzing the eligibility criteria and requirements for each grant.


- Writing compelling grant proposals that align with the mission and activities of PWYCPS.


- Collaborating with the PWYCPS team to gather necessary information and data for the grant proposals.


- Submitting completed grant proposals within specified deadlines.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:


- Research and compile a list of potential grants and funding opportunities.


- Develop a template for grant proposals that can be customized for different opportunities.


- Write and submit at least one winning grant proposal for PWYCPS.


- Collaborate with the PWYCPS team to ensure all necessary information is included in the proposals.



Final deliverables:


- A portfolio of researched grants and funding opportunities.


- Completed grant proposals with supporting documentation and data.


- A summary report detailing the process and outcomes of the grant research and proposal writing.

Pay What You Can Peer Support - PWYCPS is a site that runs weekly virtual peer support sessions on a variety of topics (25 to date). The sessions are run on Zoom and take place throughout the week and are moderated by certified professionals. It's free but we ask participants to Pay What They Can. We operate around the globe and anyone is welcome to join.
