We want to help small agencies and D2C brands keep tabs on their competitors in order to use "what works" as a key data point. What's the solution? We created an app that allows users to install a chrome extension and save ads in TikTok and Facebook's Ad Library to our platform, where they can organize their ads by tags into "boards". We want to improve the feature enhancement for our users to give them more value.

- Deliverable 1: Conduct an audit of the existing feature set and determine any gaps relative to our existing users / competitors
- Deliverable 2: Conceptualize ideas that address pain points as indicated in user surveys, competitive insights, and interviews
- Deliverable 3: Scope out at least 3 features and size them accordingly to Net Impact (Impact + T-shirt sizing engineering lift)
- Deliverable 4: Create and build backend and frontend requirements along with regression testing for go-to-market
Access to engineering managers that have extensive experience (10+ years) in software development, entrepreneurship, and coaching.
We will engage in weekly sprints and determine how best to hone and grow software skillsets.
