In this role, you will act as an onboarding specialist, and will be working alongside the Director, HR and HR Generalist. You will be on a mission to discover what an 11/10 onboarding experience looks like for a new hire. By the end of this Riipen project, you will have curated, organized, streamlined, and overseen the entire onboarding process for NexJ new hires.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Audit and evaluate our current onboarding process
  • Research HRM best practices
  • Develop an engaging and effective remote onboarding experience, based on best practices and our organizational needs
  • Build out new training & development initiatives via learning paths in Udemy
  • Assist with employee relations by brainstorming innovative and engaging remote employee events
  • Review, understand and lead the transfer of NexJ University technical onboarding/training to Udemy for a seamless onboarding experience
