As a B2B service-based company, we have a primary focus of creating products that can help us leverage our current offer.

With this in mind, we want to explore how we position our company in the market and tap into a specific niche.

We believe our market might be changing and we need help proving this. This knowledge will aid in a new approach to marketing and outrun our competition. Our specific need is determine what competitors are also playing in this landscape and what our target market’s perception is of these competing brands/products. This information will help us determine what key messaging will resonate with our target buyer.

The main objective of this project is to create sales documentation to accelerate our growth based on real data.

Deliverables

Successful outcomes include a market research report, informed by primary data collection. This data should inform a final report that outlines key tools, models and options that can be used by our team to write faster, better and backed by market data.

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. The student will also work in association with the grant writing team.
