Inclusivity Index Automation Project

The main goal for the project is to support the automation of Synclusiv Inc.'s Inclusivity Index, which involves creating a survey, creating the capacity for data analysis, and generating reports to measure and improve personal inclusivity. This will involve several different steps for the project team, including: - Collaborating with Synclusiv Inc. to understand the requirements and goals for the Inclusivity Index. - Designing and developing a survey tool for personal assessment of inclusivity. - integrating to the tool the capacity for it to analyse the data according to our scoring criteria. - Integrate to the tool the capacity to generate a personalized report of an individual's inclusivity index with findings and recommendations for enhancing inclusivity.

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Understanding the current employee inclusion assessment tool and its manual processes. - Identifying areas within the tool that can be automated to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Developing software or tools to automate the assessment process. - Testing the automated tool and making necessary improvements based on feedback.
