I have been teaching Communications and language-related courses at the post-secondary level for about 14 years. These were the years of continuous learning and personal growth that resulted in the development of effective strategies and techniques for student learning. Students in my classes not only acquire theoretical knowledge and skills, but learn how to transfer these skills to different real-life situations.
Given the focus on meaningful assignments and experiential learning, I look for opportunities to enrich my students' learning experiences by connecting them with industry partners.
