Great job with the deliverables!

It's been refreshing to see 2 individuals truly embrace the "divide and conquer" team approach and really give the time allowed a 50/50 approach while collaborating on each of their unique tasks. The balance of their work showed through each conversation had and team check in as they were always on point for timelines and upon the asks. It was also encouraging to hear their feedback and active engagement upon each call as I could feel how genuine their time with the company was. As i hope with all internships that their time working and supporting the company is mutually beneficial, i could really feel that this was the case when the deliverables spoke for themselves. Work submitted was always on brand and in line with the ask, often so much so, it was easy to forget that they were new to their roles and only integrated temporarily - which is the hard part because it's been a pleasure and really comforting knowing the business had their input and energy. Would welcome them back in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself !

I think this team is a bit modest with their submissions as they showed and supported a lot more work then they actually helped to create. I was very pleased with attendance on team calls, the timeliness of all requested deliverables and the confidence they shared by way of working as a team. They seem to juggle the sets of tasks independantly but applying strategy to the scope of the work as a team. Great job!
