Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a student to help us with recruitment, interviewing and, hiring. The student will review resumes, will source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting pre-screening calls with potential candidates, and conducting initial interviews with candidates who meet our criteria.
Account Manager
We're looking for students to help us manage cash flow, payment collection, and dispute resolution. The Account Manager will also play a very key role in managing our clients, including upselling, customer satisfaction, and generating referrals for our business.
Automation Specialist Project
The main goal of this project is to automate many of Jobby's processes, especially their email processes which currently require a lot of manpower. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. They will also be responsible for automating more basic tasks such as as emailing clients to confirm basic details to set up meetings with them, our communication process between our development team and our customer service representatives, and utilizing artificial intelligence to create new automated processes and to better automate existing ones.
Website Review and Recommendation Project
The goal of this project is to review LocalStudent's website and provide a recommendation on whether it should continue to build on its old form or if it should develop a new website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing LocalStudent's existing website. - Researching current trends in website design and development. - Evaluating the current website's performance and usability. - Identifying areas for improvement and potential features for a new website. - Developing a recommendation on whether to continue building on the existing website or to create a new website.
Business Strategy Consultant
The goal of this project is to analyze the data from LocalStudent's current operations and use it to critique and suggest improvements to their current expansion and operational strategy, with a goal of enabling LocalStudent to scale rapidly in the next 12 months. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing LocalStudent's existing data to identify areas of improvement. - Developing a strategy for rapid expansion and growth. - Identifying potential areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them. - Researching new technologies and trends that could be beneficial to LocalStudent's growth. - Developing a timeline and budget for implementing the strategy.
Educational Consultant
The goal of this project is to standardize our tutoring classes for LocalStudent Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working for a variety of tutoring companies so they can use their experience to help standardize our processes for our tutoring business. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching best practices for tutoring classes. - Developing a standardized approach to tutoring classes. - Creating a system for tracking student progress. - Developing a system for evaluating tutors. - Developing a system for providing feedback to tutors. - Developing a system for providing feedback to students.
