Team FOMS did a good job on their final deliverable despite some team challenges. Although the work was delivered late, the team provided an in-depth system scan, AWS recommendations and their associated cost breakdowns. However what was missing was the summary of system vulnerabilities and recommendations based on those vulnerabilities. Communications with Team FOMS started off strong, with the team asking lots of questions leading up to our kickoff meeting, but then we heard nothing from the team until we followed up after the final delivery date had passed to learn one member had left the group. It was evident that despite losing a key team member, the team rallied together on this project to meet deliverables. We thank the team for your time and commitment in completing this project.

While there was some confusion about the scope of the project, the team quickly adapted to deliver on the project. The final deliverable lacked complete details and tests were performed on the main website as opposed to the cloud portal. But then again the group didn't have enough experience with the subject matter. All in all, happy with the outcome. Good job team!
