Mary Megali (Ph.D, MBA) has led the design, development, and execution of strategic HR projects for Top 50 Employers. She has led departments for national and global organizations that have contributed to HR’s plans to align and help achieve corporate objectives. She is both an HR and teaching professional who is regularly invited to speak at universities and professional conferences on various topics such as HR planning, strategy, employment branding, recruitment, and planning.
Dr. Megali holds a PhD, an MBA, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA).
Mary is also a systems, digital learning, and investment enthusiast.
