Project Overview This project is designed to help Agora Tutoring improve its cybersecurity posture by addressing key vulnerabilities identified in a recent security assessment. Students will work to evaluate, recommend, and implement specific repairs in alignment with the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, enhancing Agora's ability to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. Project Goal The main objective of this project is to guide students through real-world cybersecurity repair processes, focusing on areas like access control, cryptography, injection prevention, and logging. By the end of this project, students will have contributed to a safer and more robust platform for Agora Tutoring.

Agora Connections - Client Onboarding SOP

Project Goal To create a streamlined client onboarding workflow that includes client-friendly tools, detailed documentation processes (SOP), and website enhancements to guide clients through the onboarding journey effectively. Expected Deliverables 1. Click Funnel &Onboarding procedures Develop an onboarding click funnel for clients that have already landed and signed our initial contracts. Onboarding Process must collect specific information from the clients as well as a method to upload required documents (A checklist and upload form template for clients) Documentation on decision criteria and best practices. Internal SOP onboarding workflow. 2. Client-facing materials. Select a 3rd party click funnel that will integrate with our Google ecosystem. Agora Tutoring - Social Media Management and Website Content Integration

Project Goal: The main objective is to implement and manage Agora Tutoring’s social media campaign while ensuring website copy is contextually aligned with the campaign messages. The student will be responsible for promoting Agora's focus on in-person tutoring and bridging the content between social platforms and the website to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
