Springboard | UI/UX Design Project
We are a cosmetic research and development laboratory and we support new start-ups in their product development journeys. Noun is a marketplace platform that connects cosmetic brands with a global network of vendors. We would like to build the UX for our website front and back end.
Client Management and Support Project for Everyday Chemist
The main goal for the project is to provide client management and support for Everyday Chemist, a Toronto-based R+D studio that develops innovative personal care products. This will involve tasks such as communicating with clients and potential clients, updating client notion pages, supporting in handover documents, helping source raw material, and answering emails ad-hock.
Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading promotional initiatives, executing a social strategy to drive business growth, and improving customer experience. You will be supporting and reporting to the owner, Flavia Zhamo. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful. Who you are: You are a digital native that is passionate about skincare, community building, and e-commerce. You have experience in working in retail environments (online and offline) and growing social channels. You are comfortable using Google Analytics, Instagram/Facebook Ads and/or Shopify. You care about providing a positive customer experience and genuinely empathize with our clients. You are comfortable working with limited oversight and have good judgment.
