Hiring Consultancy - Strategic Recruitment Plan
Positions available: 8 groups of four to five students Internships available: 8 students In the past, we have had challenges hiring and retaining top-quality talent. We would like to develop a system to effectively build our workforce. Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. Students should be prepared to: Evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures to be shared with our Search firm www.execusource.ca a federally incorporated company as Execusource Staffing Intl. CareerNiche bills out work for Execusource's Search Firm Division. CareerNiche can do recruitment outside of Ontario and will do Search in the USA. Develop hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs. Consider the use of psychometric tests, assessment exercises, and standardized interview practices. We durrently just do a Heuristic MBTI, but have considered ProfileXT out of Texas. Present a revised hiring methodology for our organization to adopt, with references. This would teach HR graduates how to do permanent staffing recruitment also known as Search and placement. Assist us with developing a Career Coaching testing and screening program to ensure quality standards of those we hire. Assist new HR program graduates in become trained as Career Coaching through our program. We have several LMS to bring them up to speed with our methdologies.
Electrozad Onboarding Plan
We want to ensure that our new employees are blown away by our onboarding practices. We want to make sure that we outshine industry competitors and prepare our new employees for long-term success. In addition to being more compelling than our competition, we would like our onboarding process to uphold our company culture, accelerate the learning curve, and increase retention. Students should be prepared to: Research our existing onboarding practices to determine their effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Research the onboarding practices of competitors. Research what onboarding components are most impactful for new employees. Develop a standardized onboarding plan that achieves our goals.
