Lisa began her HR career in 1999, delivering frontline support to organizations in all areas of human resources, including policy and program development, talent management, performance management, recruitment & selection, and employee relations. Lisa has developed direct experience in a range of industries including software development, information technology, power, utilities and manufacturing.

As a baccalaureate graduate from the University of Western Ontario, Lisa went on to complete a post-graduate program from Seneca College in Human Resources Management and received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2007 and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) in 2015.
