Very communicative and good feedback

This was an overall great experience for the team. We enjoyed contributing our hard efforts into this project to produce the overall outcome. The Elevate Resiliency Team are very passionate about their work and it was a honour to be apart of bettering a community. If we had the opportunity to work with them again we would as the experience was welcoming, motivating, and educational. We appreciated their transparency, honesty, open-mindedness, and their drive to provide.

Elevate Resiliency was a great B3 organization to help and assist. Very openminded and the willingness to learn is key when working on EDI. I hope the literature review helps provide great insight and the resources to mobilize a B3 EDI strategy with confidence.

Absolutely ridiculous to say there is a lack of communication would be an understatement we tried to reach out to them multiple times with zero replies. we can see that they have seen the messages on Riipen chat but still no reply. Both email and Rippen chat I am just being straight to the point I know that it's Christmas right now and all that but a simple reply that shouldn't take much time to let us know what's going on at least extremely disappointed.

Very fun project, and respectable organization to work with!

Elevate Resiliency was a wonderful company to work with. They were clear about what they expected of us and I believe we did not only meet but exceed their expectations. Overall they were wonderful people and we would be happy to work with them again.

The overall project was good. They did not have high demands, it was within our line of expertise, and it went well most times.
