CTS & Associates is seeking to enhance their internal data management capabilities by developing a custom user interface that integrates with Airtable. The current system lacks the flexibility to control user access and permissions without incurring additional subscription costs. The goal of this project is to create a user-friendly interface that allows team members to navigate and update specific data fields while providing administrators with the ability to control which users can view or modify certain information. This project will enable CTS & Associates to maintain data integrity and security while optimizing their existing Airtable setup. The interface should be intuitive, ensuring that users can perform tasks efficiently without extensive training. The project will involve understanding the current Airtable setup, identifying key data fields, and designing a permission-based access system.
Eligibility Web App
CTS Incentives aims to enhance its website by integrating a user-friendly eligibility web app. The primary goal of this project is to enable clients in the trades sector to quickly and easily determine their eligibility for various tax credits and grants. The current process is cumbersome and time-consuming, often requiring clients to manually sift through complex information. By creating an intuitive web app, CTS Incentives seeks to streamline this process, providing a seamless user experience that saves time and increases client satisfaction. The project will involve designing, developing, and testing the web app to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience. Key points: - Develop a user-friendly web app for eligibility determination. - Delivery app material to integrate into the new CTS Incentives website in progress. - Ensure the app is intuitive and easy to navigate.
Graphic & Web Design Internship
The goal of this project is to improve CTS Incentives logo and website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Evaluating and updating branding for CTS Incentives across all online platforms. - Evaluating and updating CTS Incentives' website, adapting with new logo and design. - Modifying the website content to better align with the company's current areas of specialization. -Update Social Media Platforms with new logo and design (Instagram, Facebook and linkedIn). - Creating brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials that can be given physically or sent digitally.
Pricing Structure Evaluation and Recommendation Project
The main goal for the project is to evaluate CTS Incentives' current compensation structure for their services, compare it with other approaches, and recommend alternative structures that could be used along with or instead of the current structure. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Analyzing the current compensation structure for CTS Incentives' services. - Researching and comparing other compensation structures used in similar industries. - Identifying the pros and cons of the current structure and the alternative structures. - Developing recommendations for alternative compensation structures based on the analysis and research.
