Yonge North York Broker's Event Photography
The challenges brought about by COVID-19, many businesses have adopted the hybrid work model, causing concerns for office owners. Our objective is to alleviate this by creating more opportunities for owners with vacant units to rent their spaces. We aim to showcase the space through vibrant photos suitable for social media, website and any marketing collateral purpose. These images will serve to promote the office building, specifically emphasizing the available units. Additionally, this content will be featured on our upcoming website, ensuring it stays current with our evolving functionality.
Event Planning - Yonge North York Sustainability Themed Event
The expected outcome of the project is to successfully organize and execute a sustainability event that not only raises awareness but also engages and educates business owners and workers about sustainable practices. Yonge North York BIA had actively joined the CleanTO every April fo over 3 years to gather workers, residents as well as business owners together to improve the Yonge North York Corridor streetscape and park spaces. We are seeking an event planner to revision our past event into a new format and offering that will better engage our membership and community.
Yonge North York Event Planning For Office Workers
The goal of the "Event Planning for the Office Building" project is to enhance workplace engagement and culture through a series of strategically planned events throughout the year. Last year, we saw success with a holiday entertainment pop-up, which we would like to expand with new and creative ideas. Our Business Improvement Area includes a number of office towers which face challenges due to high vacancy rates. By working together with Property Managers, we aim to contribute to an attractive office environment for workers by creating a series of event pop ups and activations. The pop-ups are also intended as an opportunity to raise awareness of the offerings of the commercial area as well as collect worker emails for future marketing.
Yonge North York BIA PR Strategy & Research
Project Objective: The main objective of this project is for students to conduct comprehensive research and compile a list of relevant press contacts within our spheres of interest, including destination marketing, arts & culture events, business development, and public realm. This initiative aims to establish a strategic foundation for effective public relations outreach, ensuring targeted and impactful communication with key media outlets. Project Goal: The project's overarching goal is to empower our organization with a robust PR strategy by providing a resourceful compilation of press contacts. This compilation will serve as a valuable tool for future communication efforts, ensuring that our messages reach the right channels and resonate effectively within our target areas, ultimately enhancing our visibility and impact across various domains.
