The primary goal of this project is to enhance the organization's online presence and engage with its target audience effectively by developing and executing digital marketing strategies. This involves creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, optimizing email marketing campaigns, conducting SEO research, analyzing data to improve campaign performance, conducting competitor analysis, and managing online advertising campaigns.

Deliverables

Participants will need to:

  1. Assist in creating engaging digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  2. Help manage and maintain the organization's social media platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  3. Support email marketing campaigns by creating and optimizing email templates, tracking campaign performance, and managing subscriber lists.
  4. Conduct research on SEO best practices and assist in optimizing website content for search engines.
  5. Analyze digital marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  6. Research and report on competitors' digital marketing strategies.
  7. Assist in the setup and management of online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team on various projects and contribute fresh ideas to digital marketing efforts.


Mentorship
  1. Training and Guidance: DIT will provide training and guidance to help personnel understand the company's email marketing processes, tools, and strategies. This includes onboarding sessions and access to resources for skill development.
  2. Mentoring: Personnel will have access to experienced mentors who can offer advice, answer questions, and provide insights into best practices in email marketing.
  3. Resources and Tools: DIT will provide personnel with the necessary resources, software, and tools to effectively manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring they have access to the required technology and materials.
  4. Collaborative Environment: DIT fosters a collaborative work environment where personnel can work closely with the Marketing Team and other team members. This encourages knowledge sharing and skill enhancement.
  5. Feedback and Evaluation: The company will offer regular feedback and performance evaluations to help personnel identify areas for improvement and recognize their contributions.
