We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: Medium sized business that are currently using NetSuite or would benefit from it, other companies that currently sell on several ecommerce platforms such as shopify, amazon, walmart etc. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company?
  • What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using?
  • What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals?
  • How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition?
  • How do we target an audience w/ our niche market? How do we find companies that are already using NetSuite?
Deliverables

A report on how people perceive our company's brand and marketing efforts. We would like the report to include what channels we should utilize for promotion, what budget is appropriate for our goals, and how our messaging could be updated to better explain our value proposition. Additionally what type of content will capture the audience of our market? ex. videos, podcast, flow charts ...

Mentorship

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We can have office hours available weekly for students. We can provide access to Semrush an SEO and marketing tool.
