Additionally, verify that all of the contact information is correct and up to date with online research, update/add customer information to the CRM, contact the customer, verify all of the information and find out who the company contact is.
The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal are:

- Contact the customer, verify all of the information and find out who the company contact is.
This is an onsite project that gives learners an in-person experience in an office setting at our Scarborough location. Learners will have full access to onsite staff to complete the project. There will also be the opportunity to cross-learn in the sales area and take part in daily learning sessions from an industry veteran. The schedule can be flexible within the Monday to Friday 9am-5pm parameters. All learners participate in the weekly staff meeting held every Friday at 9am and will be active participant.
