Virtual Internship Opportunity: Improving CRM & Sales Processes
Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 5 students or a team. The primary focus for the students will be: To help us improve and gain efficiencies in our sales processes. Duties the students may complete includes, but is not limited to: Researching, completing and verifying information for contacts in our CRM database (HubSpot), as well as merging and/or removing duplicate or outdated records, ensuring data integrity is maintained Ensuring all data corresponds to the appropriate CRM fields, and updating those that don't Provide recommendations for maintaining clean and up-to-date records for our sales team to be able to use in lead generation campaigns Experience & Qualifications: Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel Previous experience using HubSpot CRM is a plus Our goal at the end of this experience is: Improve and more efficient CRM & sales processes.
