Earth in a Nest was developed to identify Eco-Age friendly community businesses following the principles outlined by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Compact Network. As our business plan is completed, we need help implementing various aspects including website development, online portal development, social media marketing. For this project, we would love help moving our website from its current platform (weebly) to a new one, and refining our website copy.

New Website for Sustainable Business Collective, Earth in a Nest

Earth in a Nest is an innovative, membership-based, business collaborative organization that works to advance and support small businesses, organizations and communities in moving towards social, economic and environmental (SEE) sustainability through proactive engagement, networking, events, resource and knowledge sharing, and community outreach opportunities. As we build for our full launch in later autumn, we are looking to redesign our website and incorporate more advanced features to better serve our clients. Here is our current website: earthinanest.ca It serves mostly as a directory of the current members we have on board, committed to sustainability in our community. With our new business plan and membership levels, we require a revamp of the website, to include these new features. I have started the website redesign myself, but am looking for more support and innovative minds to help! The redesign will include the following pages Homepage (mostly completed) Our Businesses  Who We Are  Join Us  Membership Portal Updates Forum (to post updates about biweekly training, community events, etc.), Collaboration centre Group Buying Centre Sustainability Course (that they can work within and fill out)(this may have to be on another platform) A reporting and goal setting area for the businesses I would love to collaborate with your students to build this! They would have the chance to support a small-business in Northern Ontario, looking to promote social, economic and environmental sustainability.
