The main goal for this project is to review Jobby's website and make suggestions for improvement to create a better user experience for Jobby clients so more leads convert. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Conducting a comprehensive review of the website, including user flow, page layout, and design elements. - Analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas of improvement. - Developing a plan to improve the user experience. - Implementing the plan and testing the results. - Reporting on the success of the changes.

Business Strategy Consultant - Artificial Intelligence

The goal of this project is to analyze the data from LocalStudent's current operations and use it to critique and suggest improvements to their current digital marketing and operational strategy, with a goal of enabling LocalStudent to scale rapidly in the next 18 months. This will involve several different steps for the students, especially using artificial intelligence. This will include: Analyzing LocalStudent's existing data to identify areas of improvement. Analyzing how to use artificial intelligence to improve and automate parts of LocalStudent's operations. Analyzing competitor's strategies and which are applicable to LocalStudent. Developing a strategy for rapid expansion and growth. Identifying potential areas of risk and developing strategies to mitigate them. Researching new technologies and trends that could be beneficial to LocalStudent's growth. Developing a timeline and budget for implementing the strategy.

The main goal of this project is to identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to the LocalStudent website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the current website and identifying areas for improvement. - Researching and understanding the algorithms used by search engines. - Developing a comprehensive SEO strategy. - Implementing the SEO strategy and tracking the results. - Optimizing the website for better performance. - Researching and implementing additional tactics to increase website traffic.
