Over a 10-week period, student groups will assess an existing program of your organization's choosing, to develop a program plan, implementation plan and evaluation framework using a logic model. Specifically, students may evaluate program effectiveness, program development, resource allocation and policy development. Note: The Milestones listed in this assignment align with the semester's learning outcomes. If required, they can be adjusted to accommodate the needs of the company.
