SASS is a full-service marketing agency launched in July 2020, created to elevate the brand's voice of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) business owners with an individualized, marketing strategy, tailored to build brand awareness both online and offline.
We use savvy marketing insights to highlight and showcase their unique value to their target audience using a variety of professional and creative tools, that promotes their brand, build awareness, and bring exposure. Kim-Ann Wilson launched SASS out of the need for the BIPOC community to elevate their marketing and promote their businesses.

SASS Marketing Agency is an agency located in Edmonton, AB, our current team is made up of 3 women from the BIPOC community. We help businesses within the BIPOC community by elevating their brand marketing so they can have a share of the market. We work remotely with weekly team meetings via zoom, we communicate through slack and track projects using Trello. We support each other within the team and take pride in the work we deliver. We celebrate wins and value opportunities to grow and learn. Our core values are Excellence, Authenticity, Integrity, Results. The project for this role will include the successful candidate working closely with our Digital Strategist in executing social media strategies for our clients. Your role will include conducting industry research, trends, preparing social media strategies, preparing analytical reporting, scheduling content, engaging with audience etc. Skills supported by this project are: Communication, problem-solving, resiliency, design, teamwork, analytical, research. SASS - Marketing Bootcamp for BIPOC Businesses
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: SASS Marketing Agency is an agency located in Edmonton, AB, our current team is made up of 3 women from the BIPOC community. We help businesses within the BIPOC community by elevating their brand marketing so they can have a share of the market. The project we're needing help on is our Marketing Foundation Bootcamp v2. We ran our first 6wks Bootcamp from Jul 19 - Aug 23 with 4 business owners enrolled. It was a success and we want to offer this Bootcamp again since we're having enquiries about the next launch date. We want to do the Bootcamp on a bigger scale, but need help to make sure it goes smoothly with research, coordination, project management, outreach etc. The Bootcamp gives the business owners the insights, knowledge and tools to successfully start their business, giving them the essential marketing foundations to promote their business and brand.
