Digital Content Creation

I need help enhancing my brand online! I want people to know who I am, how I help, and ultimately get prospects to invest time and money to work with me. I’m looking for a student to help me curate, develop, and implement strategies to increase awareness and nurture engagement. Based on my goals, we are looking for the student to work on the following: Website completion Using an existing Square Space template, the student will help me complete a simple but effective website for prospective clients. I’d like the student to help me optimize the website for calendar management, using my Acuity online scheduler, for both prospective and existing clients. LinkedIn as a marketing tool I’m looking for a strategy to blend my personal and business LinkedIn pages for maximum effect. Content Development I have a library of content, but it’s incomplete and/or disorganized, so it’s not useful the way it is. I’d like someone to help me develop this content, which could include some content creation/writing. This could develop into a social media strategy, be added to the website, and/or used in the development of marketing materials Other marketing-related tasks Based on the status of the above-mentioned tasks, the student and I can discuss what other areas could be addressed. I’m open to strategizing and being flexible based on my needs and the student’s strengths/interests.

Content design for money wellness group coaching

I am launching group coaching for money management, with a focus on adults with ADHD. I have the copy/content, and the design of the course, but I need a student to help me with: Creating materials to be used in the course, from copy provided (google slides presentations, shared google folders, interactive checklists, workbooks, other templates) Researching available applications to help group coaching students be successful and accountable (ie. available iOS and android apps for reminders, etc) Developing instructional guides for participants Help me establish processes/best practices for sharing content, group session calendar invites. Student will need to be comfortable using basic programs like canva, google suite (docs, sheets, slides)

Leveraging Zapier to automate processes in a financial planning small business

I'm a financial planner, and I use various simple systems to run my business and work with clients. My processes are inefficient, and I know I can leverage "not too complicated" technology to help in everyday life, but I need some help! I'm looking to have students understand my current software applications and technologies, then look at ways to automate processes to increase efficiencies. I want to use Zapier to integrate different applications I currently use, to enhance processes such as: Prospect communication and sales flow management Client onboarding (data gathering, document uploads, payment and service agreements) Client review automation I'd be looking at Zapier to integrate applications/programs that I currently use that have open APIs, like Trello, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive, Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace... Some of my requirements are: Privacy and online information security Compliance with Canadian financial regulations Easy to maintain after project is complete Easy for the prospect/client to use
