Hybrid Software Platform Go-to-Market Strategy

INTRFAC3 Platforms is launching a new hybrid software platform that pairs with physical, tech-embedded products to create a gamified loyalty system for brands, IP owners and creators. It's an innovative system, but as a startup in our early stages, we're seeking a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to effectively introduce it to the market. The project aims to identify target customer segments, analyze competitive landscapes, and develop marketing tactics that align with the company's objectives. Learners will apply their classroom knowledge of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and strategic planning to create a cohesive strategy. The project will involve researching industry trends, understanding customer needs, and proposing innovative marketing approaches. The goal is to equip the INTRFAC3 team with a strategic plan that maximizes market penetration and establishes a strong brand presence.

Real-Time Location Ping Map - Adding New Feature to our Progressive Web App

Our company is building a gamified social app which utilizes real-world, tech-embedded products and product packaging paired with digital profiles to create an innovative loyalty system for brands and creators. A part of our new web-app is a Data Dashboard that our partners/clients can use to visualize key metrics on their community and users. One of the most important pieces of data on our platform involves users tapping NFC chipped products with smartphones in the real world, where we collect location and other information from the tapper. We would like to have students work under our developers to create a dynamic visual display of this location data in real time. Our end goal is a live-updating, scrollable map or globe which shows where in the world a new tap occurs, and leaves expandable pins for the admin to see more detailed information. (Shopify's sales map is a perfect comparable.) This project will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching technologies that could help build this map feature. Selecting the best technologies and planning out the build Connecting with our team and reviewing our existing brand kit to design what the feature will look like, and how it will function. Building and integrating an MVP of the map with our existing systems. Bonus steps in the process could also include: Brainstorming additional map features Live-testing the map with real NFC chips we provide Creating filter tools that allow an admin to view pins from different time ranges, phone types, and other types of user information

Data Dashboard - Adding a Real-Time Visual Backend for our Progressive Web app

Our company is building a gamified social app which utilizes real-world, tech-embedded products and product packaging paired with digital profiles to create an innovative loyalty system for brands and creators. Our development team has already built out a large portion of the web-app, and are looking to roll out a way for partner brands using the platform to see data on their users and how they interact using our NFC-chipped products as well as through connected social apps. We would like to have students work under our developers to implement this new Dashboard. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with INTRFAC3 and what it does, as well as how we've built the application. Understanding the Data we are able to collect, and the opportunity to participate with input and ideas on other data we could possibly collect from our system and users. Researching possible technologies and tools/plugins that could help create the dashboard and aggregate the data inputs. Working with our team and existing visual brand kit to design what the page will look like. Selecting the best method to build, and developing the dashboard. Finally, working closely throughout the process with our back-end developers to ensure the dashboard collects and displays the correct data for each user. Bonus steps in the process could also include: Brainstorming additional cosmetic or functional features for the dashboard Creating popup detail windows for specific segments of data/campaigns the clients run

Website Development - SaaS Product Sales Page

Our company is building a gamified social app that pairs with physical, tech-embedded products to function as a new marketing tool and loyalty program for existing brands, creators, and IP owners. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that acts as the information and sales page for potential partners/clients that come across the app. Our goal is a stylish, effective page that is easy to maintain while providing the information someone needs about our platform in the most efficient way possible. This can be achieved through common site building tools such as Webflow (preferred over Wix or Wordpress), or possibly built entirely standalone if the student's skillset includes React. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching other, established SaaS platforms to determine the most important elements and information to include, and in what order. Working with our in-house UI designer closely, and familiarizing themselves with our existing brand styling kit to ensure the final site matches our other content. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Depending on how/where the site is built, ensuring our company has the knowledge necessary to update and maintain the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing the efficacy of the site with generated traffic: A/B testing layouts, optimizing for clickthroughs and clarity, with information gained from customer feedback once the site is live.
