One Iota Golf Performance has developed a software platform that helps athletes and coaches track on-course and off-course performance and uniquely mental performance. We are continually working on platform improvements and looking to reduce costs where possible. This project intends to help reduce costs while providing more flexibility and benefit. The main focus of this project is the following: Duplicate our current public website using WordPress Host our website on our own Cloud hosting using GCP Complete the project before our website hosting deadline of November 27, 2024
Automate Deployments + Testing with CircleCi
One Iota has developed a pair of software platforms that helps athletes and coaches track on-course and off-course performance and uniquely mental performance. In addition we have a backend system that supports a mobile app For a couple of products we are building we have various deployment and testing steps that we want to be able to run in an CI/CD pipeline. This project is responsible for automating those steps into a series of pipelines using CircleCI. There are 4 unique pipelines that will need to be created and then the 4 pipelines will need to be duplicated across the two projects. The main focus of this project is the following: Develop a manually triggered deployment pipeline for the core product. Will deploy to GCP App Engine Develop an automated deployment pipeline for the API documentation to be triggered on PR merged Develop a manually triggered or github action triggered pipeline for running unit tests Develop a manually triggered or github action triggered pipeline for running integration tests This project will require knowledge of how these deployment steps function and interact with the external systems. You will receive help in gaining this understanding. This project is best completed with a partner but can be applied for individually. Those applying individually may, and likely will, be paired with a partner.
Building Marketing Website
One Iota Performance is developing a software platform that helps individuals and teams consistently improve and achieve their performance and wellness potential. We currently have a rough understanding of the competitive landscape we are entering but want to develop a more thorough understanding through a competitor analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our product. As part of this work, we also want to conduct customer research to gain an understanding of the various customer personas that we are targeting. The main focus of this project is the following: Implement an existing marketing website design into Webflow. This website includes a blog, a connected enterprise landing page and will also include a help page for product support. Make updates to an existing website using Squarespace based on rough guidelines and some updated designs.

The platform has evolved significantly over time and grown from a basic web app to one supporting various roles, organizations and a mobile app. Currently we are performing a design audit of the web app design to identify areas that the existing user interface and experience can be improved. This project is directly connected to that work. The main focus of this project is the following: Review the existing public website and evaluate how well the website accomplishes its stated goals Build design alternatives for the public website flow and landing pages to better accomplish the site goals. NOTE : there may be multiple goals which can only be accomplished through multiple landing pages (different feature/message focuses) which are used for campaigns.

As part of this work, we also want to conduct customer research to gain an understanding of the various customer personas that we are targeting. The main focus of this project is the following: Complete customer research to develop basic customer personas that our products will be most relevant for. Identify a list of core competitors in our industry Identify strengths and weaknesses of each competitor product (including our own) Summarize the results, highlighting gaps or competitive advantages that can be relied on in our marketing efforts when targeting the defined customer personas.

One Iota Golf - Social Media Campaign + Content
Our company aims to develop an online brand to attract like-minded individuals who are interested in our sport training philosophies. We would like to work with students to formalize our social media marketing campaign and develop marketing content. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifies the types of messages that will be most effective for specific customer personas and content types. (Some core work around customer persons has been done to date) Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Develop content connected to the content calendar that can be posted.
Public Website and Onboarding Creation
Our project has two main goals: We would like a public facing website for our organization and, We would like a set of onboarding videos for our (already built) web application for active users We currently have a functional web application for our active users but need a public facing website for sales and marketing services.
