Competitor Analysis for Business Prioritization

Mi BOWL Meal is a start-up food company in Toronto. Currently we specialize in ready-to-eat meals. We also offer some limited healthy snack options and frozen meals. In 2024 & 2025, we'd like to expand our offerings to the following possible areas: additional healthy snacks, sauces, soups, and gut-friendly food options. To inform our business decisions on prioritization for product development, we'd like to do a comprehensive review of our industry competitors in these product areas within the sectors of health and wellness food and asian-fusion / asian-inspired food. The objective of this project is to undertake an analysis of industry competitors in the asian-fusion and asian-inspired healthy food sector, with a focus on the following possible product areas: healthy snacks, soups, sauces, and gut-friendly food. The findings of this competitive analysis will inform us our prioritization strategy for product development in 2024 and 2025.
