Digital Borrowing System for Sustainable Resource Sharing

Regenesis York aims to promote sustainability by encouraging the efficient use of shared resources within the community. The goal of this project is to create and manage a digital borrowing system that allows community members to easily access reusable items. This system will reduce waste and promote the reuse of items such as tools, books, and household goods. The project will involve designing a user-friendly web application that allows users to browse available items, reserve them, and track their borrowing history. The system should also include an administrative interface for managing inventory and user accounts. By implementing this digital borrowing system, Regenesis Toronto hopes to foster a culture of sharing and sustainability within the community. We are looking for assistance in organizing a outreach in support of our mission of empowering students as initiators of change in addressing today’s social and environmental concerns.
