As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee management. We want someone to come and help set up our HR processes and tools as we start to grow. We want to use this opportunity to get the HR resource to help us create systems and processes for our recruiting and hiring process along with onboarding. Additionally setting up our payroll, workforce management tool, and training and development foundation to help our employees easily navigate through our company. Through this collaboration, we would like to accomplish the following key tasks Build a recruitment and interview process for our HR team along with documentation.
