Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to create a blog to strengthen our marketing. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.

Digital Content Creation

Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content. Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback.

Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to implement an AI-powered chatbot on our website to provide instant answers about our programs, partnerships, and general inquiries. This aligns with our coding-focused mission and demonstrates our commitment to integrating emerging technologies. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Research and select an appropriate chatbot framework. Develop and train the chatbot with predefined FAQs and dynamic responses. Integrate the chatbot into the WST website. Test and refine chatbot responses based on user interactions.
