The main goal for this project is to increase visibility for Brazily Fitness and get more people interested in taking classes with them (either in person or online) or signing up to become instructors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching and identifying potential media outlets to target. - Crafting compelling pitches to send to the media outlets. - Creating content for media outlets, such as press releases, blog posts, and other materials. - Tracking and monitoring the success of the pitches.

Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc. Product Specification Project

The goal of this project is to create product specifications with impact estimates based on the KPIs we are targeting for our company's product roadmap. This will involve researching and building out 1pagers and full specs given 1 liners from the product roadmap.

Financial Business Plan

We are excited to be launching a new business, Will2Well In person Gym. With any launch, having a financial plan is one of the keys to success, and we would like to involve students in creating one for our new venture. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Learning about our business strategy from various employees to become familiar with our goals, mission, and products. Creating forecasts using Excel (or another financial software) for sales in the first year of operation as well as an income projection (conservative and aggressive). Working with our team to develop an expense budget. Conducting a break-even analysis timeline using financial projections. Reporting on projected assets and liabilities. Including visual comparisons such as graphs and charts to show the differences between the conservative and aggressive income projection.

Will2Well Work Anniversary Event Project

The goal of this project is to create a project management plan for an event that is happening on July 7th 2024 at the banquet hall for Will2Well's work anniversary. This event is open to all clients and vendors. The project should include tasks such as: - Researching and selecting a venue for the event. - Developing a budget for the event. - Creating a timeline for the event. - Developing a marketing plan for the event. - Coordinating vendors and suppliers for the event. - Developing a plan for the event day.

Kisses from Heaven  manufactures Reiki and Crystal infused soaps and candles. We wholesale and distribute our products to other companies, retail stores and small businesses. Currently we are focusing on marketing our new line of soaps and candles to the public. Goal : Marketing Communications & Public Relations Objectives: 1. Recommend advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign 2. Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Branding and Marketing Communications  - Help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share. Market Research  - Help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer. Public Relations  - Help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience.

Our organization is committed to serving our target population. However, we are currently facing funding challenges. We would like to collaborate with students to plan a fundraising event to help meet our goals. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our mission, values and goals. Estimating and establishing the budget of the fundraising event. Creating a plan of action and a detailed breakdown of tasks for volunteers to complete at the event. Assisting in marketing and promoting our event. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending improvements for future fundraising events.
